Warranty
On Road Legality
- When the wheels and tyres on a car are changed, this can alter its legality on the road. It is the vehicle owners’ responsibility to contact relevant road and traffic authorities prior to the modifications being undertaken to see if they are permitted. David Discount Tyres is not liable for any legal issues that may arise with the purchase and installation of wheels and/or tyres.
Cancellations and Returns
- We do not accept any returns after 14 days from invoice.
- Any cancellations will incur a 25%-40% restocking fee.
- All returned items must be in a resalable condition.
- Any special order products can not be returned.
- All orders from David Discount Tyres are fitted in-store only.
- We do not offer interstate shipping or delivery services.
- When placing an order, please ensure you arrive at our store for fitting. If you have specific requirements for your in-store appointment, please leave them in the notes section at checkout or contact us directly.
- Any service that cannot be completed due to an issue with the vehicle will not be eligible for a refund. Customers may return once the issue has been repaired for the service to be completed where applicable.
Guarantee On Fitments
- It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure correct size, fitment and load rating specified by the manufacturer and/or if the vehicle has been modified.
- Due to old or perished center caps or hub caps, David Discount Tyres will hold no responsibility to damage caused on removal.
Customer Orders
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before completing payment, including ensuring the correct products and services have been selected.
If an incorrect product or service is ordered due to a customer error, please contact David Discount Tyres as soon as possible. While we will always do our best to assist, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.
Where an order has already been processed, merchant transaction fees and administration costs may have been incurred. Refund requests for products or services selected in error are at the sole discretion of David Discount Tyres.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, those rights will apply.
